I’ve been out in the real estate business for quite a while and through rocks and roots, I’ve pick some heavy experience on what is this all about. The first thing that should be taken in count is the importance of the job we do and how it would greatly benefit our clients. So, from what I’ve learned and seen, there is a wide rage of perks anyone on the hunting for houses can find in hiring us. To start off, I’d like to explain some of them: as a real estate agent I can provide my clients with the help to sell their current houses while finding a new one that would be able to meet their expectations and the features they want for their future homes. I also take charge in the house showing of their on sell houses, as well as scheduling appointments to see the new potential homes they would like to acquire.
Once my clients set their mind on what is that they want, I make sure to lead them to the right sells and purchases, plus I arrange for them all there is in terms of holding open houses, and make sure that their property sales get the right attention by advertising in the appropriate places to reach the best potential buyers they could get.
On more delicate matters, I keep my clients safe, avoiding them from falling into legal loops, as one of my many tasks falls on, first, hiring the right attorney to look after their best interests, and second, negotiating the best terms of sales to satisfy and meet their needs and economical possibilities; followed by guaranteeing they get all the insurances and permits required to take up on their new home. The most important thing for me as a real estate agent is to advise my clients on the most tricky aspects of the process they are involved, and to take charge of all there is concerning paperwork and contracts: check credit reports, review contracts and closing costs, coordinate with lender title companies, choose mortgage lender and any other item necessary to meet the requested requirements to close a deal on a house.
There’s a great importance in what we do, and not only because one becomes the liaison that saves our clients time and worries, but also because the value there is in it goes beyond just paperwork, as on top of all it has to be done in legal terms, as a real estate agent, I take in addition, the responsibility to investigate the perks and benefits of the neighborhood a house for sell is set on, while arranging and scheduling home inspections, and checking them along to assure my client is getting the right asset.
And what’s more, according to Forbes, Realtor Magazine, Redfin and NAR, 48% of people selling homes without real estate agents will end up with lower selling prices! There is so much to get out from hiring someone like me to walk you through the real estate business, so check all the perks and make up your mind.
